Who we are
The lawyers and professional staff at Drozdowski & Rabin, PLLC bring more than 100 years of combined legal experience for people with disabilities.
Emma Drozdowski Webb, managing attorney in our Knoxville office, is a Certified Disability Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She has been named a Top Attorney in North America in 2018-19. She has also been named a Top Attorney in Social Security Disability law by her peers in the Knoxville Bar in Cityview magazine on multiple occasions. Emma has lectured nationally on Social Security law. Emma has been recognized by local and regional bar associations, and community groups, as a leading advocate in this area of law.
She has been working on behalf of Social Security disability claimants since 2008, and is a graduate of Tulane University and Loyola University Chicago College of Law. Emma is involved in local community organizations in the Knoxville community, including the Rotary Club of Knoxville.
In her office, Emma has a framed picture from a 4th grade school project. It says, “The kind of lawyer I want to be helps other people that don’t have a lot of money.
Joining the team in our new Knoxville practice, Jeffrey A. Rabin, Attorney at Law, brings great experience to the region. Jeff Rabin is a nationally recognized Social Security Disability attorney who has been practicing law since 1980 and has lectured from coast to coast on SSD issues. Jeff graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 1980 and from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1977.
Our law firm’s logo, formed with “Helping Hands,” and our motto, “Don’t Fight Alone,” informs people with disabilities, along with their families, medical professionals, social workers, therapists and other support members, that we are ready to battle on their behalf. Our Mission Statement compels us to provide “…effective, aggressive and compassionate legal services to the disabled” and our law firm will work diligently for our clients with these goals always in mind.
